Guest Portal Filters
The portal can be configured with various options by clicking on the filter button at the bottom (just above the KEEP SCREEN ALIVE) button.
Filters are Persistent
When the portal guest sets any of runsheet filters, they will persist in the URL of the browser. That means if they bookmark the URL, or refresh the page, the filters will be persisted (remain effective) because they are applied from the URL.
You can see this in action as you change filters, the browser URL will change dynamically.
Runsheet Filters
Use Date Context
This filter will take the currently selected Date in the portal and show this date first on page load (guests can still select another date if required).
Use Area Contact
This filter will take the currently selected Area Context and only show Activity from this Area on page load (guests can still select another Area if required).
Auto Hide Past Activity
This filter will hide all past scheduled work from the runsheet, only showing pending or upcoming Work on on a chronological basis. Please note that this works via your browser local time, so may not work as expected if you are in a different time zone from the portal.
Mobile View
The Mobile View filter hides all columns, except for the Time, Activity and Who fields. This reduces the amount of horizontal space used on the device, making it ideal for mobile phone devices to view the runsheet without horizontal scrollbars appearing.
This filter can be paired with Minimal View for the ultimate distraction free viewing experience.
Minimal View
This is a ‘distraction free’ filter that will hide the following sections:
PDF/PRINT
DETAILS
LOCATIONS & AREA
KEY CONTACTS
Turning this on will mean the portal will be displayed at the top of users devices, using the maximum available space. Minimal View is a useful filter to turn on once onboarding has completed.
Minimal View is often switched on in combination with Mobile View which reduces the number of columns as well.
Show Feedback
This filter will show or hide the Feedback in the portal.
