What is WorkZerk?
WorkZerk is your new home for work compliance, ensuring your worksite, workplace or event adheres to your specific compliance process, for everyone involved.
Compliance can be assigned to guests of your portal to request document uploads such as public liability, watch videos, agree to terms, sign agreements, etc.
WorkZerk uses unique tokens that are sent by email to portal guests, who simply click on the links with no login, app download or registration required.
Portal Guests can be invited by email or opt-in to your portal via QR Codes on printed signs, emails or other communications.
This zero-friction approach ensures anyone with a browser (mobile, tablet, desktop) can participate immediately without onboarding delays.
Who uses it?
Any business or organisation in Australia or New Zealand can use WorkZerk to onboard, induct and orchestrate work at their workplace, worksite or event.
WorkZerk also gives your portal guests ‘eyes on the ground’ in the field able to log safety or other incidents in real-time, including photos from their phones to Admins.
Portal wide SMS alerts can be sent by Admins to Portal Guests, for example urgent or time sensitive notifications.
Why is it free?
WorkZerk is currently in Beta (the early release phase) which means we are gathering feedback from customers for improvements and bug fixes. It’s FREE to use during the beta period* providing you sign up using a company or organization email address (no free email accounts sorry).
As foundational users of the app, your feedback will help improve the product.
You’ll get 10 X Licenses for FREE worth AUD$100 per month during the Beta period, giving you capacity to manage up to 20 Active Portals via 10 Admin users and have up to 200 Portal Guests at any one time.
*The Beta period end date is expected to be within the third quarter of 2025. After the Beta period finishes, you will still have access to your data but the 10 free licenses will expire. You can upgrade after the Beta period has expired to continue using WorkZerk with the number of licenses you require. We will give you at least 30 days notice of the upcoming expiration of the Beta period.

WorkZerk allows Admins to add Work to any portal, together with Compliance at each step.
Onboarding or Induction Training can be setup within it’s own portal to onboard staff, contractors, volunteers, students — whoever your portal guests are.
Compliance can take the form of a checklist, opening a link, opening a document (image/pdf), upload a document, signing, agreeing or getting Admin approval.
QR Code Sharing
Portal Guests can share the portal with anyone else by using the built-in QR codes if activated.
QR codes can be downloaded and used online, in emails or on physical signage at your worksite, workplace or event entry.
Print Work Schedule
Portal Guests can print the latest Scheduled Work (Runsheet) from the portal anytime as a backup.
Schedule/Runsheet Collaboration
Stakeholders such as clients, colleagues, suppliers & sponsors can leave real-time feedback via chat on the schedule timeline during the event schedule planning phase.
Incidents & Alerts
As a real-time platform, WorkZerk has your back with fully integrated live incident reporting and alerts.
Portal members can submit incidents to Admins, and Admins can send portal wide alerts to specifically tagged portal members, or to everyone including SMS notification within Australia.
Portal Guest Management
Staff, Volunteers, Students, Visitors, Contractors etc.
Maintain the personal details of staff, volunteers, visitors, contractors, students, venues, performers, speakers, stallholders, exhibitors, external service providers (St John Ambulance etc.) in one shareable central contact database.
Tags allow powerful categorisation of contacts e.g. ‘CONTRACTOR’, ‘EXHIBITOR’, ‘VOLUNTEER‘, ‘VISITOR’, ‘PHOTOGRAPHER’, ‘CATERER’ etc. or cohorts such as ‘SYDNEY-TEAM’.
Portal Guest Onboarding
WorkZerk provides the interface for portal guests to be onboarded through their own links. Through Space Attachments & Links, members can be guided through all the training, surveys, forms, documents they need to either complete or review to be properly onboarded.
Onboarding can include all compliance, safety and training links and documents that you need each individual portal guest to complete.
Attachments
Add attachments such as PDF files, images and links to the centralised Space File Manager to associate with Runsheet Activity.
Attachments appear in the live Crew Portal next to each Activity, for example you might add compliance, training, procedure, safety or operational documents.
A built-in PDF viewer within WorkZerk allows users to quickly view related PDF documents.
The visibility features allows sharing of documents to various crew and in different contexts.
